cocktail service food range quick fix

the pool bar offered cocktails. it was a great addition. the breakfast buffet had a nice range of food. our shower head stopped working, but i reported it and it was fixed the same day while we were out.

the staff was friendly enough i guess the pool was also fine

the room i booked had some problems the bathroom was not very clean and there was some mold the shower pressure was also quite low this made it difficult to properly rinse off after going to the beach it wasn't the relaxing experience i was hoping for

The staff provides excellent service and a nice welcome drink. The pool area offers a place to swim and enjoy the view. I saw big rooms and the breakfast omelets were good. The manager was very helpful.

I saw very slight dirt at the entrance.

Romantic Getaway with Amazing Views

thoughtful touch kind staff magical atmosphere pool music

My Forest View Suite was a dream (it really was!). I received gifts upon arrival, a thoughtful touch . The staff were kind and were really good too assist me. I enjoyed the pool music all day. It added to the magical atmosphere.

The hotel is located beside the only road, and in the morning I could hear a bit of noise.

Fantastic Stay with Great Views

friendly staff breakfast variety convenient transfer free water

The staff were very friendly and helpful . They really made a difference. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet because it offered good variety. There was even a live egg station. The resort organized my transfer to Port Barton, including a convenient pick-up service. My room included a nice terrace and good air conditioning. a free water dispenser.

The walk back from the beach involved many stairs, quite challenging after a long day.

charming views and lush greenery

astonishing views friendly staff tropical greenery

i was charmed by the astonishing views this place advertises it certainly lived up to the hype even better than the photos show. the staff were friendly from breakfast to dinner they always wore a smile. i loved the lush greenery on the hotel it felt very tropical adding to the relaxed atmosphere.

the location is good a 15 minute walk to the zipline or a quick two minute tuktuk ride gives convenient access. a five minute walk takes you to the beach though it involves some steep hills. a mcdonalds is also conveniently located a five minute walk away.

the room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony it offered plenty of lighting options plus electric curtains. air conditioning worked perfectly in our room and ensured constant comfort. the shower and cleaning facilities were great we found everything well-kept.

i really loved not having a keycard for the room a six digit passcode provides secure access . the evening atmosphere by the pool and bar area is great for unwinding. guests can enjoy the view swim and easily get drinks and food.

the freshly made warm pancakes with syrup in the morning are delicious if you enjoy sweets. there are two really nice restaurants available on the beach plus other options to choose from. the breakfast offered included good variety and tasted good.

Amazing stay

large shower comfortable loungers

The shower was lovely and large. It was very welcome after the island expedition. The pool area has comfortable loungers. Some of the bar staffs were super friendly and lovely. I liked them a lot.

Tap water had a yellowish tinge. The smell was distinct on our first night. I was not able to use TV since the wifi did not work in the room. This was an inconvenience.

The breakfast has delicious and so much choice. The hotel has a nice bar, so you are able to ask for cocktails. I tasted the best mango daiquiri of my life there. The evening at the pool and bar is great.

The place have nice view of the island from the pool side. It is close to some stores and beaches. You need only a few minutes to get to the beach. There is a McDonalds nearby.

The pool is amazing with an awesome view. The staff are helpful. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel has lots of lush greenery so it feels very tropical. I liked the passcode system for the rooms.
